By accessing and using the Monastery Malas website (monasterymalas.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. About Our Products

All malas sold on Monastery Malas are handcrafted by monks in the remote mountains of Thailand. Each mala is unique and one-of-a-kind. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

• Colors and bead sizes may vary slightly from photographs
• Minor variations are normal and reflect the authentic, handmade nature of each piece
• Each mala carries its own unique energy and character

Half of all sales go directly back to the monastery to support the monks and their community.

3. Orders & Payment

We accept payments through PayPal. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). By placing an order, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The billing and shipping information you provide is accurate
• You will pay for the order in full, including any applicable shipping costs

Order confirmation will be sent to your email address. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

4. Shipping Policy

All orders ship internationally from Thailand. Please note:

• Estimated Delivery: 7-21 business days depending on destination
• Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
• Customs & Duties: Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
• Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or postal service issues

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your mala. If you're not satisfied, we offer:

• 30-Day Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
